- Rates listed do not include Virginia sales and occupancy taxes (13%).
- Rates are based on two people – our extra person charge is $50/night.
- A $40 deposit is required at the time of booking, refundable only 24 hours after booking.
- During premium weekends and seasons of high demand we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Premium dates include JMU Graduation, Family Day, and some holidays. If you are unsure if when you plan to stay with us is a “premium date”, contact us and we will gladly let you know. Guests will be notified and the required deposit will be collected with the booking confirmation.
- You may invite a non-staying guest(s) to have breakfast with you by requesting it on arrival or the night before. The charge for an additional breakfast is $15.00.
All cancellations must be done through e-mail. This is so we have a record of exactly when the cancellation was requested. E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and the date of the reservation and let us know you are cancelling.
- Within 24 hour of booking: No charge (deposit will be returned)
- After 24 hours of booking: $40 deposit held
- 24-48 hours prior to arrival: 50% of total reservation
- 0-24 hours prior to arrival: 75% of total reservation
- No show: 100% of total reservation
- The card given to guarantee the reservation will be charged – if invalid, it will be reported. Any disputed charges will be charged back to you in addition to the cancellation fee.
To ensure everyone’s enjoyment and preserve the comfortable, quiet, and romantic ambiance of the Inn, we do not allow pets.
We are not able to accommodate children under the age of 8. Please contact us with any concerns you many have.
This is a no-smoking property and the use of vaping is strictly forbidden indoors.
